"Great Speckled Trout and Redfish bite this week as well as Sharks. Fishing charters in Galveston are on fire fishing the jetties and the nearshore rigs." - Captain Cole
"The Speckled Trout bite has really picked up this week for our Galveston Bay fishing charters. Better bites for me have been in the morning hours. All fish seem to be holding in 4 to 5 ft of water. The best bait has been live croaker with shrimp still coming into play. Now we have a storm brewing so we will see if it affects the bite- let's go fishing. Tight Lines" - Captain Mike
"The North Jetties are holding lots of big Speckled Trout along with some nice Redfish. East Galveston Bay is still fishing slow, while West Galveston Bay fishing is strong under birds for Speckled Trout along with some large Gafftops. See below for a customer catching a nice Redfish on one of our Galveston fishing charters." - Captain Michael
"This week we have been fishing from the boat on our fishing trips in Galveston using live croaker and artificial lures. Water temperatures are now in the is 80’s, and most days we are getting our limit of Speckled Trout early and then focusing on Redfish." - Captain Harry
"Our fishing trips in Galveston are red hot. Speckled Trout fishing is nonstop and Redfish around they bay as well." - Captain Joey
"Started our fishing trip from Galveston catching a lot of undersized Speckled Trout. We had to grind through out the day to make a decent box. Overall nice day to have been out on the water having fun in the sun." - Captain Jesse
"Red Snapper bite is hot on our fishing charters in Galveston TX. Kingfish are chomping too- we caught this 50+ lb. trophy Kingfish on the troll!" - Captain Lee
"Speckled Trout bite was strong on this Galveston fishing trip. Schools of undersized Speckled Trout aren't tough to find but you have to grind for the keepers! " - Captain LG
"Fishing continues to improve with the warmer weather and calming winds. Limits of Speckled Trout on soft plastics fishing Galveston Bay reefs." - Captain Michael
"Grouper, Swordfish, Amberjack, Kingfish, and Mahi Mahi! Come book your offshore fishing charter today." - Captain Chance
"Bull Redfish are plentiful on our Port O'Connor fishing charters." - Captain Brandon

"Nonstop Port Aransas fishing trip action. Redfish, Speckled Trout, whatever you're after we'll have a great day on the water." - Captain Jack
"The Speckled Trout have been hitting croaker hard early in the morning and the Redfish have been active afterwards. That's all for this week's South Padre Island fishing charters." - Captain Blaze
"Decker Lake - Doing well by fishing slow with soft plastic finesse worms in the submerged vegetation throughout the lake." - Austin fishing guide Ander
"Travis - As things get hot and the water gets clear, the bass are stacked up in areas with lots of shade. Use shad imitating reaction lures when bass are actively feeding and finesse worms when they are not." - Austin fishing guide Ander
"Redfish fishing has been off the charts for our Grand Isle fishing charters. Even with all the rain and muddy water, we are still managing to get limits of Redfish. Speckled Trout are getting bigger but are still not the numbers I would like to see. We also caught a few Flounder this week, some in the 3 to 4 pound range. Plenty of pelagics surround Jack Crevalle, Ladyfish, and Bluefish." - Captain Kyle
"Daniel, Mike and Tammy from Arkansas loading up on 11 species of fish. Two days of redfishing and more. Nice Triple Tail, Pompano, Redfish, Speckled Trout, Rock Grouper, Drumfish, Spanish Mackerel, Sheepshead, Jack Crevalle, and we tossed back over 30 Red Snapper! You name it they caught it. Wow!!! What a fishing trip they said they will never forget." - Chad
"The unbelievable Venice, Louisiana fishery continues to provide Yellowfin Tuna and Swordfish as well as other pelagic species. Come book one of our Venice fishing charters to get in on the action this summer. Red Snapper season just opened June 1st and we're excited to get out there. The Venice hotels and restaurants are open and we’re all set to welcome you to the Yellowfin Tuna Capital of the World! See below for our latest Venice fishing report:
Abundant Yellowfin Tuna We’re hitting the Gulf of Mexico in our custom 36′ and 39′ Yellowfins with our livewells crammed with live Pogies and Hardtails. We’ve also loaded up on chunk baits to make sure that we cover all of our bases. Our clients have been relaxing in comfort and safety as we zoom offshore to the tuna grounds for these Venice tuna fishing trips.
Once we arrive at the target zone and get our baits in the water, we’re greeted by huge Yellowfin Tunas ranging in size from 50 lbs to 60 lbs, with the occasional fish weighing up to 100 lbs!
Blackfin Tuna Are Numerous Too
While fishing (and catching) big Yellowfin Tuna, our clients enjoy incredible Blackfin Tuna fishing too. There are some nice Blackfin Tuna mixed in with the Yellowfin schools and these Blackfin Tuna are in the 15 lb to 25 lb range. They’re tackle busters too!
The world famous Venice, Louisiana Red Snapper Season opened on June 1st and everyone is catching their share of Red Gold! We pre-fished the season for our best Red Snapper fishing spots and it's paid off so far this season. Book your own Venice fishing charters, Louisiana is waiting!
Swordfishing Remains Steady
We continue to put our clients on Swordfish in the 150 lb to 300 lb range during our daytime trips, as well as our specialty overnight trips. When you book your trip, let us know that you'd like to catch Tuna and Swordfish- we'll target Yellowfin Tuna on the way out and target Swordfish once we’ve boated our limit of tuna. That’s what’s great about operating our 36′ and 39′ Yellowfins: We have the speed and range to tap BOTH fisheries, and more!
Overnight Fishing Experience
Our Overnight Trips, leaving Venice at noon and returning at noon the following day, are nonstop action! Our anglers catch large Wahoo (from 30 lbs to 80 lbs), Mahi Mahi and can even haul in a Blue Marlin or two during the daylight hours on our way out to the Tuna grounds by trolling various lures and lures rigged with dead baits.
We will fish our way offshore to the point that we can get set up for the dusk “witching hour”, when Yellowfin Tuna and Blackfin Tuna launch into a feeding frenzy on schools of flying fish as we pitch live baits to them. After it gets dark, the action stays red-hot. We switch from live baits to “chunking” to keep the tunas around the boat. We also pitch jigs which are a blast for the hookup!
Don't plan to sleep much- the fishing is amazing all night long! As the sun sneaks above the horizon to begin the day, we’ll switch back to live baits as the first hour of daylight brings the big Yellowfin Tuna back on the bite.
Our Venice fishing charters deserve a spot on your Bucket List!
As you can see, the Venice fishing trip of a lifetime awaits! Our Yellowfin Tuna / Red Snapper combo trips are booking up quickly now that we're in June. The season is only open through August 1st so call us NOW to grab your spot!" - Captain Chandler
"Everglades National Park is in a feed frenzy with all the fresh water dumping down. We caught over 30 Snook the other day." - Captain Ben
"Amy of Daytona caught her first Sailfish on our West Palm Beach fishing charters. Her husband Trevor caught a 15 lb. Kingfish and a Mahi Mahi." - Captain Rudy
"Things are heating up with some nice Brown Trout and Rainbow Trout here on our Chattahoochee river fly fishing trips. Water temperatures are hovering around 50F coming from Buford Dam and Blue Ridge Dam- perfect for Trout all summer! As we get into the summer months we will experience a major Striped Bass migration from 70 river miles away out of West Point Lake where Stripers spend the hot months upstream at Morgan Falls Dam." - Chris
