Get ready for a thrilling day with Captain Mike Whitley of Charter Fishing Destin! Captain Mike will help you target the range of exciting and delicious fish that call these waters home.
On this 4-hour adventure, you’ll be chasing Amberjack, Dorado (Mahi Mahi), Black Grouper, Gag Grouper, Red Snapper (depending on the season), and many more species. Captain Mike has been fishing the Gulf since the late 1980s. His expertise and knowledge of the waters around the Destin area will ensure your group catches a plethora of fish. Who knows, you could fish for your personal best!
For these trips, Captain Mike uses “The Pescador” - a 51-foot Sportfisher. This vessel can host 16 anglers, making it perfect for multiple families or business trips. Make sure you bring some good company!
Captain Mike and his crew provide everything you’ll need to have a productive day on the water, including rods, reels, tackle, bait, licenses, and ice. Just pack food, drinks, and plenty of sunscreen. You’ll also have a first mate on board at all times who will clean and bag any fish caught during your expedition.

The Pescador III is a 51-foot Sportfisher that carries up to 16 passengers. Recently renovated, she comes equipped with everything you’ll need for your fishing excursions. The main cabin is air-conditioned and comfortable with its mahogany tables, cabinets and a counter for food preparation. We’ve recently added a custom cabinet for entertainment equipment. The berth area includes plenty of sleeping space as well as a working shower, perfect for longer fishing excursions.
Captain Mike Whitley of "Charter Fish in Destin Pescador III" offers charters for various types of fishing including Red Snapper fishing, deep dropping, and reef and wreck fishing.
The Pescador III team highly values customer service and will make sure you have a fantastic time on your Destin deep sea fishing charter. Once back on dry land, the team will clean and fillet your catch so you and yours can enjoy a fantastic dinner courtesy of the Gulf of Mexico and the Pescador III!

Had a great trip with Capt Mike and team. The guys took great care of us….. We had a large party with lots of teenage kids. Jake and Joe took great care of us. The entire crew was super focused on making sure everyone had a great time. Thanks guys we had a blast!
