Very bad experience. Boat was filthy and not comfortable at all. All Alan talked about was duck hunting. We talked to a quite a few who were catching all kinds of fish and we had zero bites. We stayed in the same spot for 6 hours. He didn't even try to catch us fish. I will never use this service again as we might as well have gotten someone off the street. We spent our hard earned money for nothing. No positive experience for this trip at all it was the worst experience we have ever had. He didn't get any tip from us as he didn't deserve one. We should be fully refunded for this pathetic fishing trip.

captain Alan was AWESOME! He had ice and water ready and was extremely knowledgeable about the fish and geography. He was so patient and we enjoyed talking to him so much! This Will be a new tradition for us!

I have fished since I was seven; I am now seventy. For all those years fishing has been my main hobby. Alan was the single worst guide I have ever fished with. His boat was terrible, he never got out of his seat, moved like he was 100 years old and did nothing but talk about everything other than fishing related all day.

We had the best time ever! Just awesome!! Professional but friendly service, nice boat, and great company!

Loved the conversation & experience, but the lack of shrimp as fresh bait led us to using artificial lures. We hit quite a few & brought some on board, but nothing above 14.5”. Hence the use of fishing - not catching. I’ll use him again - and make sure he makes his supplier holds fresh bait in reserve just for him !!!

Fishing

We had a great time catching several different species of fish throughout the day. We did better than most involved in the ongoing tournament during this past weekend so we were happy with our catch.

Had a super fun afternoon trip with Captain Alan- full of laughs and solid fishing. The boat and all of his gear was top shelf and he made the fishing fun the entire time. Would definitely fish with him again.
