About Your Trip

The Northeast Canyons off the coast of Massachusetts are one of America's most unique and productive fisheries. Thousands of years ago, when sea levels were far lower than they are today, rivers cut deep channels into the continental shelf, forming steep-walled canyons. Today, these canyons provide an unrivalled opportunity for adventurous saltwater fishermen to catch huge sportfish, including Swordfish, Yellowfin Tuna, Bluefin Tuna, Mako Sharks, Blue Marlin, White Marlin, and more! All of these species deserve a place on your offshore fishing bucket list, and there's no better trip to cross a few off.

This trip is not for every angler. You'll be deep offshore for multiple days, fishing hard and going for record catches. If you're ready, then Captain Jason will do everything he can to get you on the fish and show you the trip of a lifetime. He's been successfully fishing this area for over 30 years, and he knows how to locate and hook trophy sportfish better than anyone. Depending on the season and target species, you'll use a variety of trolling gear to bring the bites. Once a fish takes the bait, strap in for the fight on your life! Landing these fish takes skill, strength, and stamina, and getting broken off happens all the time.

Captain Jason runs a 40' Pettegrow sportfisher with Cummins engines rocking a combined 1080 horsepower. This boat is beautiful and built for one purpose: catching huge fish. She features a kitchen, head, flybridge, and a super-comfortable cabin to make this trip more enjoyable. Jason will provide everything you need for an awesome trip, including top-tier rods, reels, live bait, and tackle. Bring along proper clothing, sun protection, sunglasses, and a cooler with some snacks and drinks, and you'll have a blast! There's no better way to experience offshore Massachusetts fishing than a Bluefin trip with Captain Jason.

Due to extreme fuel prices, this trip may require an additional fuel surcharge.
