Captain Todd really is a "son of a fish”, as he's a third-generation captain. Captain Todd was born and raised in Sarasota, and has been fishing local waters since his childhood. He invites and encourages novices and youth to join him as he loves to teach people about the sport he loves so much. My plan was to have a nice day on the water with my wife who lives to fish. Captain Todd did his best to make that happen. He was ready and waiting when we arrived . He took out out to open water but it was a little too rough so he made an adjustment and put us where we could fish . Throughout the trip we caught fish and I was hoping that my wife would catch the best fish of the day , and she did. Captain Todd was a gentleman on the boat and provided everything we needed but as always it’s a fishing trip not a catching fish trip. A great pleasure going out fishing with Todd this morning. He put us on fish almost immediately, gave a couple of inexperienced fishermen some great tips, and kept us entertained with good conversation for the whole trip.
