Capt. Bobby lives in Orange Beach with his wife Tera and their son Wyatt. He has been a fisherman his whole life. He grew up in central Alabama working in his father's bait shop and fished the waters of the Tallapoosa and Coosa Rivers. In his teens, he got interested in saltwater fishing and has become absolutely addicted to chasing after inshore and offshore game. He especially enjoys fishing with beginners to this sport and seeing their newly found passion and enthusiasm.

On this fishing trip, you'll explore the waters of Mobile Bay on board Captain Bob's 24' Blazer Bay center console, targeting Redfish, Sheepshead, Speckled Trout, Flounder, and Mangrove Snapper! These fish are all a blast to catch, and are excellent eating fish as well. As you set out into Mobile Bay, Captain Bob will share his knowledge of the area's history, ecology, and the best fishing spots. He will also provide guidance on the different techniques and lures to use to maximize your chances of catching a big one. You'll be throwing both bait and lures, depending on the conditions and your preferences. Both of these methods can be really fun, and you can even mix it up and practice both! As the day progresses, you'll continue to catch and release various species, including Redfish, Sheepshead, Speckled Trout, Flounder, and Mangrove Snapper. Captain Bobby was GREAT. The 2 hour inshore is a perfect length of time if you have kids, or if you don't know if you will enjoy fishing or not. My son has been talking about fishing forever and I found Captain Bobby via a Google search. This was the BEST DAY of our trip to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach. He's excellent and patient with kids - and will clean up your fish and cut it up and provide you with a restaurant recommendation where they will fry up your fish for you. I even caught a 40 lb Black Drum fish - and it was my first time ever fishing! 10/10. …
