Captain Richard is the owner and sole operator of his charter business. He discovered his love for fishing at a young age and spent some time working on offshore fishing boats directly out of high school, he is back now, to doing what he enjoys most; hammering the inshore! Though by name it is a "business", it truly is his passion not only to fish, but to allow others the opportunity to do so as well.
