Captain Humberto has been fishing in the Punta Cana area for 15 years, and in February 2013, he decided to take the leap and make his passion for fishing more than a hobby. Humberto started his business with one vessel and before we knew it, she was at the top of Marina Cap Cana’s billfish charts!
In October 2013, he was joined by Lorraine, his wife, who is in charge of all bookings and administrative tasks.
In December 2014, he added a 19? Mako bay boat for inshore fishing excursions and beach trips, where he focuses on family fun within the reef-protected turquoise waters of Punta Cana, with a strict catch and release policy.
In June 2015, he expanded his offshore fishing fleet with his lovely 42? Bertram. She has been exploring the waters of Punta Cana and Macao and raising those white and blue marlin that you come here to see! Besides fishing on 4, 6, and 8-hour charters, this vessel specializes in 10-hour trips to Macao during blue marlin season, which runs from July to November.

No need to worry about arranging transportation to the dock on this trip! Captain Humberto will come pick you up from your resort, take you to the dock, and take you back to the resort, with a pile of fillets, at the end of the the day. Captain Humberto's 42′ Bertram is equipped with top-notch equipment and comfortable facilities. She features two bedrooms, one bathroom, a galley, and a spacious salon with satellite radio and TV, all deliciously air conditioned! Outside, a professional fighting chair, high-quality rods and reels, and natural bait complemented by eye-catching artificial lures and teasers will provide you with the highest quality fishing experience. All charters include round trip transportation (no fee if you’re staying within the Bávaro/Punta Cana area). We also include captain, mate(s), all bait and tackle, water, soda, beer, and snacks (lunch provided depending on charter length).
