Our founder and lead captain, Capt. Andres, has been hooked on fishing since he was a child in Puerto Rico, where he spent countless hours on the lakes and bays catching peacock bass, largemouth bass, tarpon, and snook.
After joining the United States Army in 2012 as an infantryman, Capt. Andres served for 11 years and conducted two deployments to Afghanistan. During his time in the military, he had the opportunity to live in different parts of the country and fish some of the best freshwater and saltwater fisheries, including Lake Ontario in upstate NY and the Puget Sound in Washington state.
In 2018, Capt. Andres was stationed in Texas and fell in love with the incredible fishery that the Gulf of Mexico has to offer. He decided to leave the military and pursue his lifelong dream of running his own fishing charter business.

Andres' extensive experience as an angler and his military background have instilled in him a deep sense of discipline, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence that he brings to every fishing charter he leads.
